COPY-EDITING $200

Why editing is important

If you want to publish a high-quality book, there is no getting around professional editing. Traditional publishers have teams of editors to proof and edit their authors work. If you plan to self-publish, you definitely should have it professionally edited. Even if you plan on publishing your book traditionally, and will need to submit it to conventional publishers or agents, you should have it edited first. No one will take your book seriously if it is riddled with errors.

When an author proofs and edits his or her own book, typos and other editorial problems will most likely slip through. That is because an author sees what their text should say, but an editor sees the missing word, or how a word or phrase can be misunderstood.
